Primary and Secondary Enrolment Process

Step 1:

Expression of Interest


Families seeking enrolment enrolment for children who will be in Kindergarten to Year 9 in 2020 at our St Luke's Catholic College should first complete an expression of interest.

 


Step 2:

Enrolment Application


Before completing an enrolment application families should first read the Enrolment Instructions on how to enrol your child/ren. You will then need to complete an:

It consists of several sections which allows the College to best identify your child’s requirements and needs.

The completed Enrolment Application must be submitted together with all requested supporting documentation. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 3:

Enrolment Interview


Once your application for enrolment has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted to attend an interview with the Principal.

Interviews will commence in April. The first stage of enrolment will be finalised and parents/carers will be notified by mail towards the end of July 2018.


Step 4:

Enrolment Acceptance


We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

 


Catholic Early Learning Centre Enrolment Process

Our Catholic Early Learning Centre (CELC) offers a long day care and preschool curriculum from 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 48 weeks per year.

If you wish to enrol your child (3-4 years of age) into the Catholic Early Learning Centre please complete the enrolment form and submit to the College.

Students may attend between 2 to 5 days per week.

Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund

The Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund provides full or part scholarships to assist families in financial need who desire a Catholic education for their children, but for whom the cost is out of reach. Normal school enrolment criteria apply. Contact your local Catholic school to learn more or visit the Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund.

Can you make a donation?

Give the gift of education by making a donation to the Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund. Your donation is a valuable investment in our children's future. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
