Dear Parents and Carers
Join CSPD’s new Family Partnership Council (FPC) for its very first parent event, Raising Resilient Kids in a Fast-Paced World.
We are delighted to welcome Gen Muir, author, parent educator and mum of four boys, for a practical and relatable session on helping children build emotional strength and confidence in today’s busy and often overwhelming world.
In this engaging session, Gen will share simple and practical ways parents can support:
📚frustration tolerance and emotional wellbeing
📚confidence and resilience through everyday parenting moments
📚children navigating big emotions, sibling conflict and friendship struggles
📚healthy responses to the challenges of screens and modern life.
Parents will leave with practical strategies they can start using straight away to help their children manage life’s ups and downs as they grow.
This event is also a great opportunity to connect with other parents and learn more about the work of the Family Partnership Council (FPC) and how it supports families across CSPD.
You can learn more about Gen Muir from her website: https://www.connectedparenting.com.au/ or visit her Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/connectedparentingau/
