Students at Arrunga have been exploring technology by designing and building their own downforce racing car. They learned about aerodynamics and how cars work, using tools like rubber mallets and screwdrivers, and operating the laser cutting machine in the technology workshop. The results are amazing and the students had so much fun! 🛠️

Year 11 and 12 students attended our 'Debunking the Myths of the HSC' workshop on Tuesday afternoon. This was facilitated by an expert panel of HSC markers from our College who brought their insights and perspectives to assist in their HSC preparation. The student feedback was very positive as they had the chance to ask clarifying questions about the HSC examinations.

In this National Week of Reconciliation—and at all times—we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn, live, and grow, the Darug people. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise the enduring connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country, culture, and community. We are deeply thankful for the ongoing partnership with the Jerrara Cultural Centre, whose guidance and support continue to enrich our learning community. Through this relationship, students have had the privilege to listen to and learn from the lived experiences of members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, including the powerful stories shared through the Kinchella Boys Home Bus. The Centre has also supported our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in making culture visible, creating opportunities to lead, share, connect, and strengthen identity within a safe and respectful space. 🖤💛❤️ | 💚💙🤍
